The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Proesecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to the public knowledge the following:

In the case regarding the Montenegro accident, further to the investigations, the prosecutors proceed to the examination of the documents sent (in copy) by the montenegrin authorities, amongst theese being: the filed report of investigation, the necropsy reports, the medical diagnosis documents, as well as a temporary solution ordered in the case that has to be confirmed/approved by the court.

At the same time, the prosecutors made available to some of the injured parties – copies of the medial documents or addresses towards the National Forensic Institute, for the purpose of performing some forensic expertise. Also, correspondence is carried out with the insurance company.

We will inform the public on further development in the outgoing investigation.
