The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

The prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Trial Court Sighetu Marmatiei  ordered, by  bill of indictment, the sending before court of the minor defendant M.A.V. for  the criminal deed of aggravated theft.

From the rules of evidence brought into the cause during the  criminal prosecution, it resulted that on 21.05.2012, around 17⁰⁰ hours, while  he  was  in the courtyard of an educational institution from the municipality Sighetu Marmatiei, the defendant has stolen a golden necklace  form the  injured party S.A.G (minor), causing a damage in amount of 1.093 lei.

The file has been forwarded, for competent solution, to the  Trial Court Sighetu Marmatiei.
