The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Târgu Jiu Court there was established a criminal case, on 28.05.2012, investigations are performed regarding the incident in which a five years old underaged has deceased.

            From the first investigations, it was revealed the fact that on 25.05.2012, the underaged was trampled by a horse that got scared by lightnings and jumped over, hitting him in the head and back area.

Investigations are underway in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility.
