PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Dragomireşti Local Court ordered by indictement, the sending to court of the defendants MÂRZA IOAN and PICLER VASILE for having perpetrated the offences of tresspassing of property and rape.

From the evidence administered in the case, during the prosecution, it was revealed the fact that, during the night of 29/30.04.2012, the defendants unlawfully entered the home of the injured part B.A and had intercourse by force.

The case was filed, for competent settlement, to Dragomireşti Local Court.

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to  Baia Mare Court, ordered by indictement, the sending to court of the defendant BOGDAN GUSZTAV DANIEL and of the underaged M.M. for having perpetrated the offence of robbery.

From the evidence administered in the case, during the prosecution, it resulted the fact that, on 27.04.2012, arround 15⁴⁵ hours, the defndants, through violence and coercion, stolen from the home of the injured part C.Ş.B. a wallet that contained the amount of 900 lei.

The case was filed, for competent settlement to Baia Mare Court.
