The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

 Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Lugoj Court of Law have order the indictment of the defendant P.I.F. (juvenile)  for perpetrating the offence of aggravated theft.

The evidence administered in the case during the stage of the criminal investigation, revealed the fact that, on the night of 26/27.11.2012, the defendant has unlawfully trespassed, by breaking the padlock, the siege of a company, where he stole a laptop, causing a damage of 2000 lei.

            The case was forwarded for the competent settlement to the Lugoj Court of Law.

Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Lugoj Court of Law have requested the instance the extension of the arrest warrant for the underage defendant H.F.P., request which was granted by the magistrates of the Lugoj Court of Law, for perpetrating the offence of robbery.

The evidence administered in the case during the stage of the criminal investigation, revealed the fact that, on 06.09.2012, around 17.00 o’clock, the defendant has followed the injured party S.I.M. in the staircase of the block where she lived in Lugoj and dispossessed her by violence of her earrings, by ripping them off from her ears and causing her injuries that required 7 days of medical care.

  The investigations are undergoing in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility.
