PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

The  prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Tribunal Timis have ordered, on 08.08.2012, through bill of indictment, the sending before court, under pre-trial arrest, of the  defendant I.D.G (minor), for committing the offence of attempted murder.

From the  evidence brought in the cause until this moment of the criminal pursuit it resulted the following factual situation:

On 15.06.2012, based on a conflict situation, the defendant has stabbed the injured person M.V.  with a knife in the abdomen, causing her injuries  which  put  her life at risk and which needed  30 days of medical care  for healing.

The file has been sent, for competent solving, to the Tribunal Timis.
