PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of Târgu-Jiu Court it was registerred a criminal case in which there are performed investigations regarding the fact that, on 17.05.2012, in a garbage bin from a district in Târgu-Jiu Municipality it was found in a plastic bag the body of a new-born.

Investigations are underway in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility.
