The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Suceava Tribunal have indicted the underage defendant I.D. for perpetrating the offence of aggravated attempted murder.

The evidence administered in the case, during the stage of the criminal investigation, revealed the following factual situation:

On 26.06.2012, around 11⁰⁰ o’clock, due to a previous state of conflict, the defendant has exerted acts of violence upon the victim C.D., stabbing him with a knife at the level of a vital area of the body, namely the left hemithorax and at the level of the left knee, inflicting him serious wounds that threatened his life.

 The file has been forwarded to the Suceava Tribunal for the competent settlement.
