The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:
Prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Hunedoara Tribunal ordered the launching of the criminal prosecution against the defendant Dan Adrian SUCILÃ (a police agent) for sexual intercourse with a minor, sexual corruption, and theft, submitting to court a request for the pretrial arrest of the defendant.
The magistrates of the Hunedoara Tribunal granted the prosecutors’ request and issued a pretrial arrest warrant for 29 days against the defendant.
The evidence produced in the case so far by the criminal investigation revealed that, in 2012, the defendant Dan Adrian Sucilã took advantage of his authority and influence over the minor S.M.A. (aged 16), determining the latter to have sexual intercourse with him, and performing on him obscene acts.
On June 2 and 3, 2012, the defendant determined the minor to take him to his father’s company, wherefrom the defendant Dan Adrian Sucilã stole the amount of 400 euros, promising the minor to buy him a mobile phone.
Investigations are carried out to establish the entire criminal activity and the totality of the circumstances.
