The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of Prosecutor's Office attached to Dolj Tribunal there was built a criminal case connected to an incident that took place in a school within Filiaşi town, which resulted in the death of an underaged.

From the first research it followed the fact that, during the brake between the classes, while they were playing, the underaged G.I. pushed the underaged P.A.I. in the chest area (both were 14 years old) which lost his balance and hit with the head the classroom access door.

Proceeding the blow that he got, the pupil lost his consciousness and fell by the door, at the school being called an ambulance which transported him to Filiaşi Hospital, but, subsequently he deceased.
