The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Târgu-Jiu Court ordered, by indictment, to send to court, in state of preventive arrest, the defendant Vâlceanu Ovidiu-Daniel for the perpetration of the offence of sexual corruption (2 deeds).

The administered evidence in the case, during the prosecution, revealed the fact that, on 16.01.2012 and 03.05.2012, around 13⁰⁰ hours, the defendant, while he was on the stairs of some blocks of flats in Târgu-Jiu Municipality range, performed obscene acts in the presence of each of the underaged T.R.G. (aged 10) and respectively D.A.D (aged 9), in the meaning that he exposed his genital organ in front of them.

The case was filed, for competent settlement, to Târgu-Jiu Court.
