The Office of Public Information and Press within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is commissioned to release the following public information:

Prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of First Instance of Suceava have requested the Court to arrest the juvenile defendant A.R.L. (aged 14) for robbery.

The magistrates of the Court of First Instance of Suceava have admitted the prosecutors’request and decided to issue an arrest warrant for the defendant for 14 days. 

The administrated evidences showed that, on September 4, 2012, around 15:30 hrs, while she was walking on a street in the city of Suceava, the defendant has robbed the victim H.T., aged 70, stealing a golden necklace and using violence in this respect.

The prosecutors continue the investigation for clarifying all the aspects of the case and establishing the liability to the case.

Prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Tribunal of Hunedoara have decided to prosecute the juvenile defendant  S.C.P. for very serious murder and robbery. They have also requested the Court to issue an arrest warrant for the defendant.

The magistrates of the Tribunal of Hunedoara have have admitted the prosecutors’request and decided to issue an arrest warrant for the defendant for 19 days. 

The administrated evidences showed that, during the night of September 1 and 2, 2012, the defendant has breached into the house of the victim M. V. (aged 55), for stealing money and other valuables, when he has hit the victim using his fists and feet. The defendant hit the victim’s face and body, causing victim’s death.

The prosecutors continue the investigation for clarifying all the aspects of the case and establishing the liability to the case.
