PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Buftea Local Court, was registered, on 09.06.2012, a criminal case regarding the perpetration by the defendant Z.A.M. of sexual corruption offences.

From the first investigations it came out the fact that, on 09.06.2012, ,while he was on the radius of Corbeanca locality, the accused perpetrated obscene acts upon the underaged  A.S., aged 5.

Investigations are underway in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility of the defendant.
