The Bureau for Public Information and Press within the General Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is commissioned to inform the general public about the following:

Prosecutors from Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of First Instance have decided to refer to the Court the defendants IRIMIAŞ ALEXANDRU TOMI and R.B.R. (juvenile offender) for accessory to robbery and robbery.

            The evidences administered in this case, during the criminal investigation, have showed the fact that, on 20th of August 2012, around 17:00 hours, the defendant R.B.R. has used violence against the plaintiffs D.R.L. and V.M. and deprived them of certain belongings, being assisted by the defendant IRIMIAŞ ALEXANDRU TOMI.

            The case has been sent to the Court of First Instance of Baia Mare, which has the legal competence to judge it.
