The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:
Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Timiº Tribunal have ordered the indictment of the underage defendant P.M.N., for perpetrating the offence of driving on public roads without possessing a driving license.
The evidence administered in the case, up to this stage of the criminal investigation, revealed the following facts:
On 27.02.2012, around 0140 o’clock, while exercising its duties, a police crew has proceeded to stop a vehicle driven by the underage defendant P.M.N. While being identified, the defendant has stated that the documents are not upon him, but after carrying out the verifications, it turned out that he did not have a driving license issued on his name.
The file has been forwarded for competent settlement to Timiºoara Court of Law.
