PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutors Office attached to Vrancea Tribunal ordered, by indictment, the sending to court, in state of preventive arrest, of the defendant Vladu Viorel for having perpetrated the offences of rape and incest.

The evidence administered in the case, during the prosecution, revealed the fact that, during  2006 – 2012, repeatedly, the defendant had intercourse, by coercion, with his underaged daughter (aged 16).

The file was handed to Vrancea Tribunal for competent settlement.

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Vâlcea Tribunal ordered, by indictment, the sending to court, in state of preventive arrest, of the defendant Bondoc Ion for having perpetrated the offence of attempted rape.

From the evidence administered in the case, during the prosecution, it was revealed the fact that the defendant attempted to have intercourse with the underaged I.N. (aged 13) by exercising physical violence, the action being interrupted by the intervention of the underaged’s mother.

The file was handed to Vâlcea Tribunal for competent settlement.
