The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of  the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Vânju Mare local court it was built, on 10.04.2012, as a consequence of the Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Mehedinţi’s notice, a criminal case in which there are carried out investigations regarding the offence of maltreatment applied to the minor.

 From the first investigations it was revealed the fact that the underaged B.A.F, three years and nine months old, was physically assaulted by her parents.

The investigations are underway in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility.
