The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

 

Prosecutors within the Prosecutor's Office attached to Tribunal Buzau have requested, on 07.03.2012, at the  trial court, the preventive arrest  of the defendant C.D. (aged 16 years) for a period of 19 days for committing the crime of rape.

The magistrates of the Tribunal Buzau have admitted the proposal of the prosecutors and ordered the issuing  of a preventive arrest warrant on the name of the defendant.

The evidence brought in the cause, until this moment of criminal pursuit,  revealed  the fact that in the evening of 05.03.2012 the defendant , by constraint has had an abnormal sexual intercourse with a minor , aged 12 years.

The investigation continues in order to clarify all the  factual circumstances and to establish the criminal responsibility.

Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Local Court Brezoi have ordered the initiation  of criminal action against the minor defendants P.A.I. (aged 16 years) and D.R.D. (aged 15 years) for committing the crimes of robbery and break-in. Also, the prosecutors have requested in the trial court the preventive arrest of these ones, request admitted by the magistrates of the Local Court Brezoi, who ordered the preventive arrest of the two defendants for a period of 19, respectively of 15 days.

From the evidence brought in the cause, until this moment of the criminal pursuit, it results the fact that on 21.01.2012, around 1800 hours, the two defendants broke into the house of the injured party C.T. (aged 87 years) and after they have threatened and aggressed her, they have stolen her golden wedding ring from her hand, a mobile phone and the amount of 215 lei. Following the aggressions, the injured party suffered lesions which needed 35-40 days of medical treatment for healing.

The investigation continues in order to clarify all the circumstances of the case and  to establish the judicial responsibility
