PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Tulcea Court of Law ordered the indictment, in state of preventive arrest of the juvenile defendant C.E.E for committing the offences of theft, trespassing and forgery.

            The evidence administered in the case, during the investigation, revealed the following facts:

            During 10.10.2011-04.01.2012, the defendant C.E.E. committed on the radius of Tulcea Municipality a number of 10 burglaries from homes and companies wherefrom he stole money and jewels, thus causing a total damage of over 18.000 lei. As a modus operandi, the defendant climbed on the windows left opened or took advantage of the owner’s inadvertence leaving the access ways unlocked.       

The case was filed, for competent settlement, at Tulcea Court of Law.
