The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Timişoara Court of Appeal ordered the indictment, of the defendant POP LUCIAN for committing the offences of incest and rape.

            The evidence administered in the case, during the investigation, revealed the fact that, the defendant, starting with the half of September 2011 and until the night of 15/16^th November 2011, in his dwelling-place, had intercourse with his underaged daughter F.R.A. (aged 17) against her will, by actual and implied coercion.          

The case was filed, for competent settlement, at Timişoara Court of Law.
