The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

By the order of Mrs. Laura Codruţa Kövesi, General Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice, from 03.08.2012, has been disposed the delegation of Mr.  prosecutor DANIEL MARIUS MORAR on the position as  chief prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate.

The delegation is disposed beginning  with 13 August 2012, for a period of 6 months, because the present delegation of Mr. prosecutor Daniela Marius Morar  shall expire on 12.08.2012.
