The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Trial Court Sighetu Marmatiei ordered, by bill of indictment, the sending before court of the defendant N.P.B. (minor) for  committing the offence of bodily injury.

From the evidence brought into the cause during the criminal  pursuit, resulted that on 4.03.2012, based on a spontaneously  conflict with the injured party, the defendant C.A.G. has hit  her  on her face with the fist, causing  her bodily injuries, which needed  for healing 22 -25  days of medical care.

The file has been forwarded, for competent solution, to the Trial Court Sighetu Marmatiei.
