PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

The prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Baia Mare Local Court ordered, the indictment of the defendant SUCIU CORINA for committing the offence of non-compliance with the measures of the juvenile’s custody.

From the evidence administered in the case, during the investigations, it was revealed the following fact:

The defendant Suciu Corina, that was trusted with the care and education of the underaged G.R.A., during June 2010 - May 2011, repeatedly prevented the juvenile’s father G.C. from accomplishing his visits and having any contacts with this one in the conditions established  by the court.

            The file was submitted for competent settlement, to Baia Mare Local Court.
