The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On the docket of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Lugoj Local Court  was  registered a criminal case investigated regarding the two juveniles (aged 5 and 3 ) that were bitten by a Rottweiler. Because of the injuries caused by the bites, the underaged were given emergency medical care.      

The investigations are underway in order to determine all the circumstances of the case and to establish the judicial responsibility.
