PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal case investigating the incident that took place on a street in the Vaslui Municipality where a minor was attacked by dogs left unattended by their owner was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Vaslui Local Court on September 27, 2011.

The preliminary investigations showed that, on September 25, 2011 around 7:00 PM, while he was in the street, the minor was attacked by four dogs guarding a bread factory nearby.

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the case and establish the legal liability.
