PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal case investigating the death of a minor (aged 16) whose corpse was discovered on September 21, 2011, around 4:00 PM, in the Mureş River, was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court.

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances and determine the legal liability.
