The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A case investigating the traffic accident that occurred in the locality of Voluntari, Ilfov County, was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Buftea Local Court.

The preliminary investigation showed that, on October 6, 2011 around 06:35 PM, while driving through the locality of Voluntari, the driver P.L.N. hit the injured party V.C.S. aged 3 who ran across the street in an unmarked area.

The minor suffered a thoracicoabdominal bruise and was taken to the “Grigore Alexandrescu” Hospital in Bucharest.

Investigations are carried out to clarify the circumstances and establish the legal liability.
