PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal file investigating a case of sexual intercourse with a minor has been docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court.

The preliminary investigation has revealed that, on September 11, 2011, around 8:00 PM, while at the home of a minor aged 13, the major perpetrator had sexual intercourse with the former who had consented to the act.

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the case and determine the legal liability.
