PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal file investigating a case of attempted sexual intercourse with a minor was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court.

The preliminary investigations revealed that, on the evening of September 18, 2011 around 11:45 PM, the minor L.M. aged 17 attempted to have sex with another minor aged 13 but were caught by the latter’s mother.

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the case and establish the legal liability.
