PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal case against N.M. for negligent bodily injury was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court.

The evidence produced so far has revealed that, on September 11, 2011, around 8:30 PM, while driving a car in the Arad Municipality, N.M. did not give right of way to another car. The passengers in the latter car, A.C.V. and the minor G.A.G. suffered traumatic lesions.

Investigations are carried out to determine the actual circumstances and the legal classification of the acts depending on the legal medical conclusions regarding the number of days of medical care required.
