PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal file investigating a traffic accident that resulted in the bodily injury of two persons, one of them a 3-year old minor, was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court.

On the night of October 7/8, 2011, while driving his vehicle on the National Road DN7 in the Arad County, the driver lost control of his vehicle and rolled off the road crashing into a tree on the side of the road, which resulted in the injury of the persons inside the vehicle.

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances and establish the legal liability.
