PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

On September 12, 2011, a criminal case investigating the circumstances in which a 1.8 months old baby was bitten, on the above-mentioned day, by a shepherd dog, suffering several lesions, was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Segarcea Local Court.  

Investigations are carried out to clarify all the actual circumstances and to determine the legal liability.
