Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of
Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:
A criminal case investigating the minor H.C.C. for outrage
is on the docket of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the
Preliminary
investigations have revealed that, on the evening of August 27, 2011, the minor
assaulted the injured person D.G. (a policeman on duty, performing his job
requirements) while the latter was trying to settle a conflict between several
persons during the festivities marking the “Minorities’ Day”.
Investigations are carried out to clarify all the
case aspects.
