PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

A criminal case investigating the death of a teenager T.R.M.(aged seventeen) that intervened during her stay at the Târgu Jiu County Emergency Hospital,  is pending at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Târgu Jiu Local Court on August 10, 2011.

Investigations are carried out to determine the circumstances of the act and the legal liability.
