PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

        On September 9, 2011, a criminal file was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Arad Local Court, investigating the case of Ş.N. for assault and battery.

        Preliminary investigations have revealed that, on September 2, 2011, the life partner of the legal representative of the minor C.A. (aged 10) beat up the latter.

        Investigations are carried out to clarify all the case aspects.
