The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

 

 

A criminal file investigating a case of second-degree murder and negligent bodily injury was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Năsăud Local Court on September 6, 2011. The file refers to a car accident produced on September 5, 2011 on DN17 C, near the locality Dealul Ștefăniței in the Bistrița-Năsăud County, resulting in the death and injury of several minors.

Investigations are being carried out to clarify all the aspects of this case.
