The
Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office
attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to
public knowledge the following:
A
criminal case investigating the acts of violence committed by the father against
his minor son aged 8 has been docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to
the
A
criminal investigation has been instituted against the accused Iulian Marian ENOIU for assault and battery.
The
evidence produced during the criminal investigation has shown the following:
In July
2011, while they were both at home, the father stroke his minor son E.M.O. aged
8 with a rope on the back of the thorax because the latter was not able to do
mathematical calculations.
The
medical-legal examination revealed that the strokes applied to the minor
resulted in traumatic lesions that required 15 to 17 days of medical care.
Investigations
are carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the case and establish the
legal liability.
