PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

            A criminal case investigating the death of a newborn shortly after birth in the Novaci Hospital in the Gorj County was docketed at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Novaci Local Court on October 5, 2011.

            Investigations are carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the case and determine the legal liability.
