The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

At the Public Ministry level during this period, takes place, the submission of the balance of activity for the year 2011, with regards to the subordinate prosecution units.

The balance of activity for the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Cluj Court of Appeal will take place tomorrow, 17^th of February 2012 in The Meeting Room of Cluj Court of Appeal, situated at the headquarters of this Court from no. 1 Ştefan cel Mare Str., Cluj - Napoca.

Ms. Laura Codruţa Kövesi, General Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice and Mrs. Graţiana Daniela Petronela Isac, Florentina Gavadia, as well as Mr. Bogdan Gabor, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy are going to attend the assessment meeting for the activity of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to Cluj Court of Appeal, starting with 11⁰⁰ hours.

On the occasion of the press release that Ms. Laura Codruţa Kövesi,  General Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice, will give after the closing of the balance meeting, there will be presented details on the activity of this Porsecutor’s Office unit.
