PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

Prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office attached Timiş Tribunal ordered, by indictment, sending to court, in preventive arrest state, of the defendant RUS TACOB for perpetrating the offences of rape and incest.

The administered evidence in the case, during the criminal investigation, revealed the following situation of facts:

During September 2011 the defendant, repeatedly, had intercourse with the underaged R.D.E. (his daughter) by coercion, threat and taking advantage of the impossibility of defending herself end expressing her will due to the early age.

The file has been sent, to Timiş Tribunal for competent settlement.
