PRESS RELEASE

The Public Information and Press Relations Bureau within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice is authorized to bring to public knowledge the following:

The prosecutors of The Prosecutor’s Office attached to Suceava Tribunal, ordered, on 01.02.2012, by indictment, sending to court of the defendants PERDEI PETRU LEONARD (in the state of preventive arrest) and HASIUC NICOLETA for committing the offence of illegal deprivation of liberty and assault, and conspiracy to commit these offences. 

The evidence administered in the case, during the investigation, revealed the fact that, in the afternoon of 13.12.2011, around 16:00 hours, in association with the defendant Hasiuc Nicoleta, the defendant Perdei Petru Leonard took the injured part (the underage) in the basement of its dwelling, where she was illegally detained for approximately 2 hours, and with which against her will, held intercourse.

The file was submitted, for competent settlement, to Suceava Tribunal.
